It's a store I frequent and where I have a membership card. This morning, I was very surprised by something: I went to one checkout, and the cashier asked me to go to another one across the hall. I thought she might have been closing, but then I realized she'd let three or four people through while I was at the other checkout. I didn't understand this discriminatory behavior at all. I thought it might be a matter of priority for elderly people, but she let people through who weren't necessarily elderly. I'm pregnant and have two young children. In short, I'm quite perplexed by the way some cashiers treat me.

I've been a regular customer at Scarabée Cesson for several years now. I find the products I need there. I find peace and quiet there. I highly recommend it.

Hello, I went shopping today as usual. I wanted to buy cooked ham, and the person at the counter had blood on their hands; they had just cut raw meat. Cooked ham is not cooked. Be careful; there is a lack of hygiene training. This can be very dangerous. Please take the necessary steps.

Updated January 26, 2026 Today the scale malfunctioned, and not just minor ones. The problem seems to be known. A lottery? Check your labels! _________ Fruit scale has been faulty for months. Customers are left to figure it out themselves (latest report: you have to press with your fingernail). Unprofessional.

There's a €3 shortfall in the change you gave me, as well as the refund for the deposits I returned. Apparently, it's not expensive enough; you have to rip off customers too! Regarding your response: it was irony, of course. You can imagine that if I had counted the change, I would have asked for it. And as for the deposits, I imagine that was also a careless mistake.

Absolutely delicious Biocoop restaurant with quality products! Impeccable value for money... I paid €14.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert, and it was a generous portion! Perfectly seasoned... in short, a real treat, I'll be back!! Thank you to the staff for their kindness

Supposed to open at 9:30, still closed at 9:35. I called to ask about the opening time and was told 9:30. I pointed out that the store was still not open, and the manager took 5 minutes to arrive without any apology, so they opened 10 minutes late... Then at the registers, no one was there, I had to ask someone for help. Finally, when it came time to pay, the card reader "wasn't awake." We changed registers once, then the same thing happened: the reader "wasn't awake," so we changed registers a second time... Have a minimum level of competence in the morning...
