Very disappointed with this experience. We waited over an hour to be served, and several items were missing from our order. We had to go back to the counter several times to get what was missing. Better order tracking and organization would be greatly appreciated, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I won't be back!

Where to begin… This review isn't directed at the employees, who seem to be understaffed and overworked. Rather, it's directed at management: hire and train more staff. Between the endless waits, order errors, and poor organization, the experience has become shameful. For God's sake, do your job!

Visited this McDonald's on Monday, July 6th at 11 PM Ordered a caramel McFlurry with a double caramel topping (McFlurry costs €6) This is what I received. No further comment. Unacceptable.

Since Burger King existed, McDonald's has been declining... if you can no longer keep up, please close the shop.

It's just not normal to have to wait so long for a simple order, 30 minutes!!

These scammers already have a bad reputation, and now it's even worse! I ordered a Daim McFlurry with caramel topping using my points. It was delivered later, but my receipt didn't print because of a machine malfunction. When I went to collect my ice cream (without my receipt), one of the managers, who was incredibly unpleasant and completely unhelpful, explained what to do, speaking to me as if he didn't care about my situation and didn't want to give me my ice cream. After providing proof of my order, I expected to receive the ice cream I ordered, but what did I get instead of a McFlurry? A mini ice cream with chocolate topping! It's simply shameful and disgraceful. Change the staff; I won't be going back.
