Domino's Pizza Châteaugiron

Aside from the fact that the pizza selection has drastically decreased. Tonight we placed an order on the app and were told it would be ready between 7:49 PM and 7:59 PM. We finally left an hour later... We gave our name three times before finally getting our order, which had been ready for 20 minutes...

My order was cancelled at 9:35 PM. I no longer want to deliver or work. Bravo!

The fillings are already ridiculously small, and if they're also missing ingredients during preparation, the value for money is definitely no longer there. And when I call to report it, I get "we'll be more careful next time" 😵‍💫

Last night, after checking the menu displayed outside, we knew exactly how much our order would cost. Once inside, despite ordering medium pizzas, the order was registered as large, resulting in an extra €6 charge. We returned several times to request a refund. We were told either to accept the large pizzas or to wait three days for the owner to call us back to arrange a bank transfer, after being asked for our bank details. All this was accompanied by inappropriate jokes between colleagues. What a joke! Fortunately, a third colleague resolved the issue in two minutes, proving that a solution was possible from the start. But we had to raise our voices to be understood. A lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I won't be back.

Disappointed with our pizzas. A medium pizza from other places is much bigger. There wasn't enough topping... paying that price for so little is pathetic... and the same goes for the fries, there was hardly anything in the box. Oh, and someone needs to tell the staff to stop stressing out when customers are there. It's better to drive further and have more food on your plate. I'll continue my review... please keep serving us regular crust instead of thin crust; it's becoming a recurring issue. We pay for service and in the end, we don't get it... review your staff... and the pizzas are also inconsistent depending on the team... last night was a disaster.
