Great welcome and very happy with the result. Élodie is very professional, offers good advice, and listens to her clients. This is my second visit, but not my last! 👍 New hairdresser and another very satisfying result. I've found my perfect summer haircut! 👍

I wish to share my very negative experience at this salon on Saturday at 3 p.m. I came with my husband to get a butterfly cut for my long, curly, and voluminous hair. Before even making the appointment, I explained to the hairdresser what I wanted and described my hair type. At that point, my hair was straightened so she could give me a quote. She assured me that the cut was possible and quoted me €53 for shampoo, cut, and blow-dry. I also added a €10 treatment to make my hair easier to work with and provide extra hydration. As for my husband, the price displayed at the entrance was €25. The appointment started off well, though. The hairdresser was pleasant, attentive, and took the time to ask my opinion on the length during the cut. I trusted her and thought she was skilled in the requested technique. However, once the cut was finished, I couldn't see the butterfly effect I was aiming for at all. I even asked her to rework the sides and cut a little more to create more movement, but the result was still far from what I had requested. I figured the shape would become more apparent after blow-drying. Unfortunately, that's when things really went downhill. My hair was only about 70% dry before blow-drying, even though it's naturally curly and very voluminous. The method used didn't seem suited to my hair texture. I noticed the stylist was having trouble with the volume. I remained understanding, telling her that I imagined she might not be used to thick, curly hair. The final result was a real shock. The entire front of my hair was frizzy, puffy, dry, and completely untidy, as if a hairdryer had exploded on my head. Thinking the finishing touches weren't complete, I asked her if she was finished. She replied that she was. I had never seen my hair in such a state. It was extremely dry, shapeless, and the cut was a complete disaster. I was so disappointed and upset that I preferred to leave quickly rather than get angry. The most regrettable thing is that the hairdresser only apologized for the time the service had taken, but never for the final result. The disappointment was even greater when it came time to pay. My husband was supposed to pay €25 and I €63, which doesn't add up to €100. Perhaps an extra charge was added because the hairdresser slightly trimmed his beard, but this wasn't explained to us. At the time, I didn't ask anything because I was so eager to leave and go home to try and redo my blow-dry and understand the actual shape of the cut. Once I got home, the verdict was clear: the cut was completely inconsistent, with no butterfly shape, and far too much length was cut off. So, if I want to have it fixed, I'll have to cut it off even more and lose even more length. I absolutely do not recommend this salon, especially for people with textured, curly, or voluminous hair.

I'm super happy with the salon. My hairdresser was great, and all the hairdressers were amazing too.
