Hello. I was very disappointed with the beef served to my friend during our lunch last Sunday. The meat was extremely tough, very difficult to cut, and impossible to eat. I'm usually always satisfied; is this a problem with your suppliers? As compensation, they offered us two free coffees. For the time being, pending your response, we have decided to take a break from your restaurant.

A pretty good time overall. But if you want to mix fries and green beans... apparently not/no longer possible!! Good service, but the welcome wasn't great despite the nice motorcycle at the entrance. Outdoor play area for children

My husband and I ate at this restaurant on July 14th. The meal was very good and served very quickly. The portions were generous. The price was very reasonable. We were served by Joan, who was very kind and attentive, and the little handwritten note he added to the receipt was a nice touch—a very thoughtful and rare gesture. We will definitely return.

This is the first time I've eaten here with my amazing children. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the waitress, Candice, was lovely—smiling, very friendly, and very polite. The place was well-air-conditioned and very clean. Bravo again! I'll be back very soon with my friends.

It had been 15 years since I'd last been to Buffalo Grill (I had indigestion in the 2010s at two different restaurants). Yesterday everything went well, thanks to Candice for her warm welcome. We had a movie afterward. The service was quick. The dishes were good value for money. And I didn't get sick (it's definitely nicer not to be vomiting all night after eating). In short, I can stop boycotting this restaurant chain. Visited on July 16th around 7 pm (table 112).
