I relied on Google reviews to go to this salon and I wasn't disappointed! I met Lilou, a hairdresser who listened carefully to my wishes and did exactly what I wanted! She explains what she's doing very well, and she's also very friendly and talkative! And in this salon, everyone says hello and treats you with respect! A wonderful first experience; I'll be bringing my whole family back!

Negative review: I am very disappointed with my visit to this salon. I didn't get what I initially asked for at all. The final result doesn't match my request, and there's a significant color difference in my hair, which makes it look really unattractive. Furthermore, I was supposed to pay around €100, but at the register, I was told it would be €150. They added services without informing me or asking for my consent, which is unacceptable. I would have liked to have been informed beforehand so I could have accepted or refused. I've attached a photo of the result as well as a photo of what I originally requested to show the difference. Between the higher price than expected and the result not matching my request, I am truly dissatisfied. I do not recommend it.
