Terrible service, unfriendly waiters. They should change careers.

A welcoming and friendly place. A good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, and it wasn't always possible to eat together at the same table due to the staggered service times.

I can't rate the food, I didn't even taste it! We arrived, sat down, and nobody acknowledged us! Not even a hello… Four waiters and one waitress walked right past us, unable to miss us since we were the only ones seated inside on that side of the restaurant. Another waiter with a laptop turned around twice, looked us over, and not one of them came to take our order! They were all about joking and chatting amongst themselves… Serving us was a different story. And it wasn't even busy since it was 4:45 pm… We just wanted a cold drink and a waffle. Oh well, too bad, we're not giving them our money. Shameful! If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Frankly, I'm disappointed. The bar is very nice, but the bill is exorbitant! The chocolate lava was drowned in ice, very difficult to drink… I don't know where the vodka was! The mozzarella sticks were taken back to the kitchen only to return with the same problem: they were hollow. Six sticks for €7 is very expensive. In short, the bill came to almost €30, and I'm disappointed.
