Amour de pizza Rennes Villejean

It's a shame...it used to be our favorite fast-food restaurant with my partner, but we've noticed a significant drop in quality and especially in the QUANTITY of toppings. It's not normal to be hungry after eating a large pizza; several times now we've had practically nothing on it...a drop in quality but a real price increase... On the other hand, the service is still great, friendly, and polite. It's really a shame

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:28 PM via Uber Eats. The order was delivered around 11:57 PM. Upon receiving it, I immediately realized that a pizza was missing, my Hawaiian drink hadn't been delivered, and my Oasis Apple-Pear drink had been replaced with an Oasis Tropical, without any notification or consent from me. I tried to contact the restaurant at 11:58 PM, but no one answered, even though the delivery driver had told me the establishment was still open. The next day, I called the restaurant again to try and find a solution. I was told they refused any refund or compensation, despite the errors made with my order. I also contacted Uber Eats, who refused to reimburse me. I find this situation completely unacceptable. I paid for a complete and correct order, but I received neither all the products ordered nor the correct items. What's most shocking is the refusal of the restaurant and the platform to take responsibility. I strongly advise against using this establishment. While mistakes can happen, the refusal to acknowledge and correct them is unacceptable. I don't intend to let this go.

This review was written as part of the Amour de Pizza World Tour 2026, an event that involves visiting all Amour de Pizza locations worldwide. (Currently 3 in Rennes, 1 in Lorient, and 2 in Nantes) Arriving at this Amour de Pizza location, we were once again surprised... We found ourselves facing not one, but two establishments: the Amour de Pizza we were expecting, but also O'Brozers, named after the well-known burger. Two sections, then, with the Amour de Pizza area offering all the pizzas, and O'Brozers handling... everything else. The service is one of the highlights of this Amour de Pizza location; a special shout-out to the person who helped us. And what can I say about the salad I was lucky enough to try? It was a welcome treat during this heatwave. My only criticism is the excessive amount of salad, which makes it rather heavy, but that's better than the opposite! The only notable difference in the menu, apart from the separation into 2 brands, is the presence of Crousty Riz.

The pizza is genuinely amazing.I mean it's been a year since i've last been here and I still miss their pizzas. The staff is also very considerate.I remember I was new at Rennes and I had come to this shop pretty late in the night and they understood that I was a newbie, they were very kind to let me know that they also gave home deliveries that too at a pretty good rate. This place will always be a come memory for me at Rennes. Merci!!
