The fries were delicious, full of flavor, and the homemade sauces that came with them perfectly complemented the dish. Knowing that the desserts are also homemade, I can't wait to try them again. Excellent, one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Quality ingredients, service, atmosphere, and setting.

Frankly, it was awful. The cheese, supposedly the highlight of these burgers, was disappointing. The caramelized onions were barely caramelized, and their "homemade BBQ sauce" was just ketchup... Especially since the burger-to-fries ratio was a bit too heavily weighted towards the fries for my liking, and the fries themselves were pretty bad. (The ratio is entirely subjective; I must admit I prefer my burgers quite large, especially at that price). Already dissatisfied with the food, I discovered a piece of blue plastic in my bun. Once I pointed out this foreign object in my burger, my information was met with suspicion. The plastic was meticulously inspected, as if I were trying to trap them. They concluded that if it was in the bun, it must have come from the supplier. They said they would check with their baker, but nothing in their kitchen resembled that piece. Without apologizing, the man went back to work... One thing they have to admit is their one positive point: the presentation. The decor is pleasant, the space is used optimally, the colors work well together, it's really quite nice. It's a shame the substance doesn't match the style; it's surprisingly disappointing, especially considering the price.
