Very disappointed to find pieces of (industrially processed chicken) in my free-range chicken sandwich—you know, that chicken injected with water full of nitrites, sodium nitrate, like E450, E451, and so on... I'd gotten into the habit of ordering here precisely for their free-range chicken sandwiches 😏 It's a shame because otherwise the service and welcome were good. Sorry, but I won't be coming back 😐

A fantastic team, always smiling! Special mention to the lovely young blonde woman. We enjoy ourselves every time we visit; the food is delicious. A real gem, I highly recommend it!

My go-to neighborhood canteen! I go there regularly and have tried almost everything – never disappointed. I especially love the daily specials, always varied and prepared with care. The staff is welcoming, a real gem!

My local sandwich shop :) I go there often, I've tried almost everything and I like it all. Especially the daily specials, which change frequently. Friendly staff. In short, a sure thing :)

What more can I say? Everything has already been said in the previous comments. I discovered La Fringale while I was working on a construction site right next door. I was able to exchange a few words with the waitress (very kind and helpful), telling her that I had had the painful experience of two sandwich shops—I won't name them—Ange on the Lorient road (I wouldn't call them sandwich shops, more like food factories, as well as the Cleunay supermarket with their set menus but no good bread), but at La Fringale, I had a wonderful meal.

By far the best sandwich shop in Rennes! The quality-price ratio is simply unbeatable in the city (and I say that as a sandwich expert). The owner and the staff are wonderful, always attentive and genuinely dedicated to customer service! If you're tired of your measly slice of ham stuck between two pieces of bread, run and try the mega chicken! You won't be disappointed!

This sandwich shop offers a little bit of everything, and overall it's good. My only minor criticism is that during busy periods, the staff can be a little slow and sluggish, with the exception of the young, smiling, and efficient employee. I'm a regular customer, so that's the only small complaint I have.
