Shameful shop! I arrived at 6:30 PM wanting to sit down and have a bite to eat. Nope, they close at 7:30 PM and, to top it off, they wouldn't cut my pizza into slices.

Terrible service, and an even more unpleasant attitude from the cashier with glasses. The payment terminal was experiencing a technical problem, but instead of trying to find a solution or helping me, the cashier gave me a dirty look throughout the entire incident and even made a rude remark. She snatched my item away without trying to understand what was wrong, even though the problem was with the payment terminal and not me. Being greeted like this first thing in the morning is really great. Keep it up! 👍🏼

The selection of food at this bakery and snack chain is impressive. We were delighted to find exactly what we were craving. And it was delicious too. The prices are reasonable, but they could add up quickly if you overspend. There's something for everyone, from savory to sweet. The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy times.

I bought two chicken salads and, frankly, it's a complete rip-off. There was practically nothing but salad, with only four tiny pieces of chicken—not even enough to feed a baby. And all that for 7 euros… I'm outraged!

I arrived at 2:30 PM to order a set meal. The waitress was already laughing with a young man... and finally decided to come and help him. We ordered two sandwiches from the set meal with drinks. I asked for a chilled Coke Zero, and the waitress replied, "I don't have any chilled ones left... I have some in the back, but it will be warm." I explained that this was a bit absurd given the outside temperature, and she replied, "Sorry, but it's also worth mentioning that at this time of day, we're no longer offering set meals." So, in conclusion, to get chilled drinks there, you have to order a set meal at a specific time. You can't expect a chilled drink outside of set meal times. I sat down at the table, waiting for my panini, while the waitress continued to laugh with the young man who clearly didn't know his job. Terrible atmosphere...avoid at all costs...plus we didn't get the set menu prices because it was too late, but they kept selling them...
