BEY BEEF

We came last night for a birthday celebration, with a reservation for 9 pm. Despite this, we had to wait until 9:30 pm to be seated. Once seated, we were placed right next to other customers. We could hear their entire conversation, with no privacy whatsoever, and we were right in the middle of a walkway. I asked a waitress if it would be possible to change tables. This request was met with little consideration, as if I were intruding, when all I wanted was to enjoy myself. Given the price of the restaurant, one expects a minimum level of comfort and service. This isn't a fast-food restaurant or a kebab shop where you're put in the middle of a walkway like that. After being moved, our drinks were served at our original table. A waiter then asked us why we hadn't taken them... It wasn't our responsibility to go back and get them. The same thing happened with the food; it was brought to our previous table and sat there for several minutes without anyone bringing it to us, even though several servers were watching. We waited between 5 and 10 minutes before finally being served. Throughout the meal, several things were missing: no bread, no butter, no water, and no fries, even though they were supposed to be on the menu. To top it all off, no one came to ask if we wanted dessert, coffee, or tea, even though that's normally part of the service. I do, however, want to highlight the professionalism of a young man, who was perhaps the owner or the son of the owners. He was the only one to come and apologize, and he was very kind and understanding. We really appreciated that. We had come to celebrate a birthday and left very disappointed. Between the wait, the lack of organization, the unpleasant service, and the feeling of not being welcome, the experience unfortunately fell short of our expectations. Therefore, I do not recommend this establishment.

My husband and I had lunch at BEY BEEF and we were delighted with our experience. The meats were excellent, perfectly cooked, and of very high quality. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly, which allowed us to have a very enjoyable time. A little tip: remember to book before you come, as the restaurant is very popular and fills up quickly. We highly recommend it!

The service was very welcoming, and the young lady Nina was very kind, smiling, and helpful. I highly recommend her.

From the initial welcome to the service, everything was subpar. The food and service weren't worth the high price. That's just my opinion.

It's been 8 years since they've been out of stock of pide and lahmacun just because they're the cheapest items on the menu.

Best steak of my life! I had the flank steak and I recommend it 1000%. The atmosphere was okay, the waiter was friendly, but basically, I only recommend it if you want a good meal!

The food was very good, but I found it a bit pricey. I was less impressed with the welcome and service. It was during a heatwave, and I asked if they had beer. The waitress almost insulted me, saying curtly, "This is a restaurant without alcohol." Customers who come in wanting to try something new might not know that.

Absolutely perfect! Impeccable service, very professional staff. Highly recommended for meat lovers. It's really not too expensive at €60 for two people with a child. Kudos to the chef and the waiter too! Keep up the good work!

The food was absolutely exceptional, by far the best steak of my life! It literally melted in my mouth with an incredible flavor. I 100% recommend it! :) The food was amazing, the best steak I've ever had, honestly. I've never had anything melt so easily in my mouth, and the flavor was simply insane! Highly recommend :)

Their advertisement clearly states that they don't sell wine. In France, when you eat grilled meat, you order a good bottle of wine. Perhaps they don't even serve alcohol. We had made a reservation for nothing. We had asked about wine. The big shock was that they didn't sell wine, so we all left immediately without eating.

Avoid at all costs! I had a terrible experience. My partner and I had a reservation, but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Then, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. My wife's dish arrived 30 minutes before mine. By the time my food arrived, hers was already finished. We couldn't hear each other because of the loud music. And there was a hair in my fries, but the owner refused to replace them, claiming they were mine. This restaurant is to be avoided at all costs and reported to the authorities!

A fantastic atmosphere with a magnificent show. The portions are generous and the meat is delicious. The service is also impeccable. I'd definitely go back.
